Feminist Reading Group / Fall 2016

136 W. 22nd St., New York, NY
6PM, every other Friday:
Sept 30 / Oct 14 / Oct 28 / Nov 18 / Dec 2 / Dec 16

The feminist reading group is an ongoing, collectively led, intersectional discussion project held at the New York Skowhegan office every other Friday. Readings and discussion topics from the first iteration, which concluded in May 2016, can be viewed below.

Its second iteration began this fall, and with a new semester we are inviting new members to bring new texts, media, activities and voices to the table, expanding the scope and community forged last spring.

If you'd like to receive each meeting's readings, or get more information on attending the group, please fill out this form.

While the reading group is open to new members from the Skowhegan community at any time, participants are encouraged to commit to attending the first and all subsequent meetings in order to create a communal space with a consistent dialogue.

Meetings will be held every other Friday at 6PM at the Skowhegan New York space on the following dates:

Sept 30 / Oct 14 / Oct 28 / Nov 18 / Dec 2 / Dec 16
